This course is designed to help you learn and integrate the basic principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ignatian Spirituality to deepen self-knowledge, enhance your connection with God and the Saints, and enrich your professional and social relationships.

Self-Presence, Embodying the Fruits of the Holy Spirit
We are all created in the image and likeness of God and gifted with capacities of intellect, memory, and a free will. As such, we can learn and know our inner life, we can know and connect with our Creator, and we have Self-determination.
What You Will Receive
For $100/session (total $600)
- • Six 2-hour sessions with two experienced Catholic professionals leading guided meditations for internal awareness and connection, didactic learning, and answering all of your questions.
- • Experiential learning through IFS demonstrations and case study discussions. Each participant is also entitled to one personal 50 minute IFS session (worth $130) with Susan, a Level 3 IFS Practitioner who is certified by the IFS Institute.
- • A deeper connection with God, the Saints, and your own internal system. Learn relationship building with all of your parts and patterns that leads to greater freedom and healing.
- • Practical skills in compassionate communication for professional and personal relationships.
- • A new understanding and a compassionate connection with your protective system that will lead to better personal and professional connections.
- • Six CEU's for BCC Certification

About the Instructors
Susan Schudt, MS, MA
Internal Family Systems Practitioner
Susan is a Certified IFS Practitioner (Level 3) and Relationship Coach with a passion for helping others build compassionate internal relationships, in service of a deeper connection in personal and professional relationships. She beleives the IFS model is a sure guide in our journey of knowing ourselves to know God, praying with St. Augustine, Deus semper idem: noverim me, noverim te, "God, who is always the same, may I know myself, may I know you." She offers pastoral and spiritual coaching through Desires of Your Heart.
April Ross, MA, BCC

April is a Board Certified Chaplain, and offers a compassionate and grounded perspective on spirituality in professional ministry. She lives her charisms of wisdom, mercy, and teaching in her work, often introducing Ignatian Spirituality to help bridge the gap between patients' perceptions of their own spiritual/religious beliefs and practices and the perceptions of their care teams. April brings her extensive experience as a Staff Chaplain to the course.
